AI for the trades.Industrialized.
We build the AI that actually lands in a craft business: no experiment, no consulting project, but a product that runs from day one. Developed in Grafing near Munich, built by an engineering team that knows software for regulated industries.

Designed from the workshop, not from the technology.
Gaitis Kasims grew up in a family of craftsmen and spent twenty years building AI systems — for pharma, clinical and forensics. In other words, for environments where a wrong number has real consequences.
What's missing in the trades is rarely the craft. It's the hours that go into a quote in the evening. The invoice that sits around for two weeks. The enquiry nobody answers because nobody has time. To make sure that view doesn't come from a desk, we work closely with practitioners — above all with master carpenter Marcel Berger, who has been guiding businesses and master students into AI for years.
The result isn't a chatbot you have to talk into working. It's a platform that takes over quotes, costing, invoices and paperwork. Not as a one-off project, but as a process that runs just as reliably every day. That's what we mean by industrialized.
We're not promising you a robot — we're promising you your evenings back.
Hold us to these.
Four principles that don't just live on the website, but hold in every conversation.
A product. Not a project.
Others send you a consultant with a blank sheet. We send you a platform that runs. It gets configured around your business — not around our data model.
We don't invent numbers.
Where there are no reliable figures, we show none. An honest gap beats a pretty invention. That goes for our costing as much as for our marketing.
Your data stays your data.
Export in open formats at any time, no lock-in clauses. And no training on your data without your explicit consent.
An answer within one working day.
Support here isn't a hold queue. When you write, someone answers who knows the product — and understands your trade.
The team behind Krafthub.
Craftsmanship and AI engineering at one table — built by people who know both worlds.

Our development and delivery team in Riga: AI engineering, product development and quality assurance — the operational force behind every implementation.
Krafthub is built by an engineering team that also develops AI systems for regulated industries — pharma, clinical and forensics. In industries where a wrong number has consequences, you learn to build cleanly. That discipline goes into every line of code that runs for you.
Three locations, one team.
Short distances between product, workshop and development — remote first, with three anchor points where we come together.

Engineering and quality assurance
Our line into the workshop and into master-craftsman training. This is where the practical view comes from that every new feature has to stand up to before it ships.
This is where product decisions, consulting and the direct line to our customers come together. Close enough to Munich for the technology, close enough to the trades for reality.
Our Operational Excellence Center: AI engineering, product development and quality assurance — the operational force behind every implementation.
Our Grafing office sits inside the ZamStarten founders’ centre on Marktplatz — and that is more than an address. Coaching and mentoring days on data protection, sales, marketing, tax and law. Talks by entrepreneurs who have already walked the road. And a network of other founders from the region where you can ask a question before it gets expensive.
A place where young companies with digital and sustainable ideas sit together instead of each on their own is not something to take for granted. Thank you to the team, the supporting association and every partner who makes ZamStarten possible.
zamstarten.de/gruenderzentrumWhat we focus on.
Krafthub covers the commercial core of your business — from the enquiry through costing, quote and project to time tracking and invoicing. A few things we deliberately don't do ourselves; instead we hand clean data to those who do them better.
We build for the trades. Only for the trades. That's exactly why it works.
Bookkeeping and tax
That's your tax advisor's job — and they get invoices and receipts from us properly prepared, ready for DATEV and Lexware.
Legal advice
Our templates and checks support you with deadlines, formalities and compliance. They don't replace a lawyer.
Software for other industries
Krafthub is built for craft businesses. Not for agencies, not for retail, not for everyone at once.
Security isn't something you retrofit.
Encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication, role and permission concepts, tenant separation and regular restore tests. Operated in the EU, GDPR-compliant, aligned with the EU AI Act. And no training on your data without your consent.
We connect, we don't displace.
Your business has tools that grew over time: tax advisor, suppliers, inventory systems. Krafthub fits in rather than trying to replace everything.
HiDesk
Our partner for the AI phone and chat assistant. You book through Krafthub, and we handle setup and operation together.
DATEV and Lexware
Invoices, receipts and debtor records reach your bookkeeping in the right format — no rework needed.
HS, Sage and SAP
Connection to existing ERP landscapes via standard interfaces, when something is already running in-house.
Suppliers and catalogues
Current prices and article data straight from your suppliers' catalogues — including IDS connectivity.
We're looking for people who like both worlds.
People who can talk cutting lists with a master carpenter and then write clean code. We rarely post fixed vacancies — speculative applications are the norm here.
Still have questions?
Write to us. We answer within one working day — with an answer, not a sales pitch.
