Founding Associate – Go-to-Market & Partnerships (m/w/d)

Unsere erste dedizierte GTM-Rolle und ein Sitz im Gründungsteam: Du verantwortest, wie Krafthub im Handwerk ankommt — vom ersten Partnergespräch bis zur Positionierung gegenüber plancraft, HERO Software und ToolTime.

What you'll do

  • Outbound und Inbound steuern: Leads qualifizieren, Demos terminieren, Trials nachfassen und berichten, was wirkt.
  • Zwei Partnerspuren aufbauen — Handwerkskammern, Großhändler und Verbände sowie Integrationspartner — und daraus echte Kanäle machen.
  • Unsere öffentliche Stimme auf LinkedIn und Instagram, dazu Präsenz auf Messen und Kammerveranstaltungen.

What you bring

  • 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung aus Startup, Vertrieb, Marketing, Partnerships oder Beratung — oder ein früher Werdegang mit sichtbarer Eigenverantwortung.
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (C1/C2) und sicheres Englisch — du bist die Stimme, die Kunden und Partner hören.
  • Echtes Interesse am Handwerk und die Fähigkeit, aus Unklarheit einen Plan zu machen.

Werkstudent – LLM Engineering (m/w/d)

Kein Prompt-Basteln, sondern die harte Schicht darunter: Du baust die Wissensbasis, über die unsere Modelle wirklich schlussfolgern — Materialien, Lieferanten, Preise, Lohnarten und Projektregeln als Graph statt als Textwüste.

What you'll do

  • Einen Wissensgraphen aus echten Angeboten, Rechnungen und Produktdaten aufbauen und erweitern.
  • GraphRAG-Retrieval umsetzen: natürliche Sprache zu Graph-Query, Multi-Hop-Reasoning, hybride Graph- und Vektorsuche.
  • Strukturierte Ausgaben und Evaluations-Harnesse bauen, damit generierte Angebote schemakonform sind und jede Änderung messbar bleibt.

What you bring

  • Studium in Informatik, KI/ML oder Verwandtem an einer Münchner Hochschule.
  • Nachweisbare Tiefe bei LLMs — ein Projekt, ein Repo oder ein Write-up, das du im Detail erklären kannst.
  • Sicher in Python; Erfahrung mit Graphdatenbanken oder Wissensgraphen ist ein starkes Plus.

Stack today: Vercel AI SDK mit Gemini und Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI für Embeddings, pgvector in PostgreSQL, Python-Services auf Heroku. Die Graph-Ebene ist Neuland — du entscheidest mit, worauf sie läuft.

Werkstudent – Software Development (m/w/d)

Kein Zuschauen und Lernen: Du schreibst Code, der ausgeliefert wird, und verantwortest Features von Anfang bis Ende — Angebot, Rechnung, Projekt und die Werkzeuge, die Betriebe täglich nutzen.

What you'll do

  • Features im Kernprodukt bauen und ausliefern: Angebote, Rechnungen, Projekte, Kunden- und Partnerdaten.
  • Drittanbieter-APIs anbinden — Kalender, E-Mail, Zahlung — und interne Werkzeuge, CI/CD und Automatisierung verbessern.
  • Debugging, Tests und Code-Review in einer kleinen, schnellen Codebasis, die sauber bleiben soll.

What you bring

  • Studium der Informatik, Softwaretechnik oder Verwandtem an einer Münchner Hochschule (TUM, LMU, HM oder ähnlich).
  • Solide Grundlagen in TypeScript und/oder Python, sicher mit Git und GitHub.
  • Englisch reicht für die technische Arbeit; Deutsch ist ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung.

Stack today: Next.js mit React und TypeScript, Tailwind und shadcn/ui, SWR; Python-Backend auf Heroku; PostgreSQL mit Drizzle; Auth0; Playwright und Vitest; Deployment über Vercel.

Drei Felder, keine zwei gleichen Wochen: Leads und Demos, Partnerschaften mit den Organisationen, denen Betriebe ohnehin vertrauen, und Social Media, das Handwerker wirklich lesen.

What you'll do

  • Inbound-Leads qualifizieren, Demo-Calls mit Betrieben vorbereiten und begleiten, Trial-Nutzer nachfassen.
  • Partner recherchieren und ansprechen: Handwerkskammern, Großhändler, Verbände und Integrationspartner.
  • Content für LinkedIn und Instagram planen und produzieren — Kalender und Tonalität gehören dir. Dazu Messen und lokale Handwerkstreffen.

What you bring

  • Immatrikuliert an einer Münchner Hochschule, rund 20 Stunden pro Woche während der Vorlesungszeit.
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (C1/C2) — du sprichst täglich mit Elektrikern und Installateuren — plus sicheres Englisch.
  • Sicher am Telefon und im Schreiben, mit Lust, Dinge selbst herauszufinden.
