DATANORM import: article catalogue and price maintenance
DATANORM is the long-standing file format suppliers in the German trades use to ship their article catalogue: article numbers, texts, prices, discount groups and units in one file. KraftHub loads it, maps articles to their groups and summarises what the import changes before you accept it.
How you know you need it
The supplier sends files nobody loads.
Prices are maintained by hand in Excel.
There are three article catalogues and none is the right one.
After a price round, nobody knows which lines are affected.
Before and after
Your data comes with you.
Projects, quotes, invoices, customers, prices, site photos and work reports from your old trade software — €1,199 flat, free from many systems until 31.12.2026.
